“Former Lumbee Tribal Chairman Jimmy Goins’ name will be in easy sight for those traveling a stretch of N.C. 71, near where he lost his life two years ago” (para. 1). More than 200 people were a the ceremony for the naming of the highway. Goins had served two three-year terms as tribal chairman.
