Annotation:

After Hurricane Matthew’s destruction, the Public Schools of Robeson County are short on vehicles. In total 96 vehicles were damaged, and the school board was looking for funds to help replace them. FEMA has reimbursed the county with just $113,000 to do so.

In the meantime, officials are using their personal cars for transportation or doubling up in cars with each other. The plan is to obtain used cars and vans with the money.
