Annotation:
No child of Negro blood or of Indian blood to the eighth degree shall attend a public school for the White race. Croatan children cannot attend Scotland County’s Indian schools but will be taught in public schools for them exclusively. Indian children other than Croatans may attend White schools if patrons of that school do not object.
