Annotation:
The committee held several meetings as well as an open hearing. Recommends that the state purchase land for a new golf course, open to the public but operated by PSU. The Cultural Center should be given a long-term lease to its present site. Appendix D lists accomplishments of the Center as well as funds raised or received as allocations.
