In Rowland, NC, the population is split between whites, African Americans, and Native Americans. Six cheerleaders dropped to one knee during "The Star Spangled Banner" at the football game Friday night in protest of racial divides in America. Some people are celebrating the protest while other see it as a sign go the American values of tradition, patriotism, and honor seem to be unraveling.
