Annotation:
The tribe shall be subject to all U.S. laws and regulations of general application to Indians and Indian tribes. Services and benefits shall not be available until separate funds are appropriated. Other Robeson County Indians not on the Lumbee tribal roll can petition for federal acknowledgement. *See also entry 692.
